			Inn Season:	$125 - $235 Mid-June through Mid-September Mid-December through March
			Quiet Season:	$99 - $205 April to Mid-June November through Mid-December
			Peak Season:	$170 - $299 Mid-September through Late October
			We are strictly a smoke-free environment - a $250 cleaning fee will be charged if a guest has smoked in the room Additional person in room - $35 per night - $45 per night during foliage 9% NH room and meals tax additional Rates subject to change without notice Group, corporate, family, and single occupancy rates available
